Satya Diya originated from my own quest for alternatives to traditional western medicine. When I first started to learn about Ayurveda, I saw so much truth about the human body and our environment that I was hooked, and I wanted to be able to share it with others.
The goal of Ayurveda is to maintain health. It is also possible to bring a body that is out of balance back to balance. The definition of a healthy person is one that has a well functioning digestive system, efficient elimination of toxins, and a cheerful mind and spirit. Using food as medicine can lead to a strong immune system as well.
I love to work with individuals who have a deep longing to understand their unique body, and how to take better care of it by helping them discover the wisdom and teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga.
I hold certifications from the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Yoga Alliance as an instructor and as an Ayurvedic Marma Therapist. My passion is working with clients to help them discover their true nature, their unique body and how to stay well.
If we truly want to make the world a better place, we can start with ourselves!
